| Day 01: Arrive at Singapore |
- Met by Chariot Travels representative at the airport
- Please handover all required documents like BTQ, Package Confirmation Voucher and Copy of Air Tickets to the Driver
- Transfer to the hotel
- Check-in to hotel (check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs)
- Rest of the day free at leisure
- Overnight at hotel

- Breakfast at hotel
- Proceed for Basic City Tour which includes Raffels Landing Site, Merlion Park, China Town, Mount Faber, Souvenirs Shop etc.
- Rest of the day at leisure
- Overnight at hotel

| Day 03: Singapore - Batam |
- Breakfast at hotel
- Check-out and transfer to Ferry Terminal
- Depart by 0955 hrs Ferry to Batam and it takes approx. 45 minutes
- Incase of 0955 hrs ferry not availiable will book 1200 hrs or 1400 hrs
- Pickup from hotel will be 1 hour 15 minutes before ferry departure time
- Upon arrival met by representative and transfer to resort
- Rest of the day at leisure
- Overnight at resort

- Breakfast at hotel
- Assemble at hotel lobby at 0900 - Leave for City tour with seafood lunch
- Enroute visit Waterfront City, Barelang Fishbillah Bridge
- Return to Hotel by 1700hrs
- Overnight at resort

| Day 05: Batam - Singapore |
- Breakfast at hotel
- Free at leisure till ferry departure time
- Depart by 1330 hrs ferry to Singapore
- Incase of 1330 hrs ferry not availiable will book 1030 hrs or 1630 hrs ferry to Singapore
- Arrival in Singapore and transfer to hotel
- Rest of the day at leisure
- Overnight at hotel
